Preparation:
1. Grab a glass. That fanciest one you own (the "official" one is obviously superior). And now, for the science: add ice. An adequate amount, please.
2. Pour in the Amarguinha. And then, the slice of lemon (or the juice, if you feel the need to slightly complicate matters).
3. Shove the cinnamon stick in there. It's meant to add aroma. It's meant to be a photographic prop. It's whatever you want, as long as it stays put.
4. Now, drink. Your moment of glory is served. You're welcome.

Preparation:
1. Grab that highball glass (yes, the tallest one you have, for dramatic effect). Drop in the mint leaves and, please, just gently bruise them. We're not making a paste; we're just convincing them to release their aroma.
2. Add the lemon juice and the Amarguinha. You can smile now, you're almost done.
3. Fill the glass with ice. If there’s any space left, you failed. Now, top it off with soda or sparkling water. This is to create bubbles and prevent you from drinking all the Amarguinha in one go (even though we know you'd like to).
4. Just so you don't think it's too easy, add a few drops of Angostura. It’s the intellectual touch for this beverage.
5. Stir gently – no need to create a storm in a glass. And decorate with mint leaves so everyone knows you did, in fact, an excellent job.

Preparation:
1. Grab the shaker, ignore the ice, and pour in all the ingredients (yes, the Amarguinha, the lemon, and the egg white). Now, the crucial part: shake vigorously! This is to make the egg white realize who's boss and transform into a creamy, consistent foam. Consider it your gym workout for the day (the "Dry Shake").
2. Now, add the ice to the shaker. You can stop pretending you're working out and start thinking about drinking this. Shake energetically again. This time, it's just to chill it (the "Wet Shake").
3. Pour the contents into the glass. That creamy, chic look should appear. To finish, the special touch: 3 drops of Angostura Bitter (no more, no less, we demand precision) and a Lemon Zest (rub the peel on the glass for aroma).
4. Done. There's your Amarguinha Sour. Is it complicated? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes, obviously, stop asking silly questions.

Preparation:
1. Grab the shaker. You'll start there. Drop the strawberries inside and muddle them thoroughly. Don't be afraid to be aggressive. It's to release the flavour (and any eventual frustration from your day...).
2. Now, add the Amarguinha, the lemon juice, and the egg white. The ice? Hold on, not yet. Shake vigorously! You'll feel the shaker warming up. That's science working (and the egg white emulsifying, which is what matters).
3. Add the ice. Yes, you can now. Shake again. This time it's to get the drink nicely chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a low glass with ice. Don't let those little uncrushed bits of strawberry fall in. We aim for sophistication, remember?
5. Done, it's finished. So easy you might as well make another one.

Ice Cubs

Preparation:
1. Grab the glass. Now for the major decision: either you muddle half a lime (which you've already cut into cubes, because you like to pretend to be a professional) or you simply add the juice. The fate of the universe hangs in the balance.
2. Add the mint. Don't over-muddle it; it's just meant to make a polite appearance. Then, fill the glass with ice. Now, without mercy or pity, pile it high.
3. Pour in the Amarguinha and finish with sparkling water. Because hydration is key (and so you don't drink pure liqueur).
4. Stir gently. No need to create a splashy show; it's just to integrate the components. Decorate with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint. The aesthetics are important.
5. And that's it! You spent more time reading the instructions than actually preparing it. Congratulations on your efficiency.

Preparation:
1. Grab your friend, the shaker. Dump everything in. Yes, everything: the Amarguinha, the rum, the pineapple (juice and purée, to avoid any confusion) and the lemon juice. No excuses.2. Now, add the ice. And prepare your arm: shake energetically until you feel the shaker freezing over. This is mandatory.3. Pour the liquid out and finish with a few drops of Angostura Bitter on top. It gives it that 'signature cocktail' flair, the one you'll casually mention you invented.4. Decorate with a pineapple slice or, if you're going for tropical minimalism, a mint leaf. Decide on your level of commitment to garnish.5. Done. It's finished. It's exotic, it's tasty, and deep down, it was faster to make than to order at the bar.

Preparation:
1. Grab your glass (a Mule mug is acceptable, go full theme). Fill it with ice, no hesitation required.
2. Pour in the Amarguinha and the lemon juice. You're halfway there! See how easy this is? We told you.
3. Add the Ginger Beer. Go slowly, so you don't cause a volcanic eruption in the kitchen. Stir gently. It's just so the flavours get along well.
4. Decorate with a fresh sprig of mint. It’s for the aroma and to give you that look of someone who definitely knows what they're doing (even if you just followed five steps).
5. Now, all that's left is to drink it. Mission accomplished, time for applause.
