Scope of the "Amarguinha Giveaway" Sweepstakes
1. This regulation is intended for Amarguinha fans and people who want to know more about the “Amarguinha Giveaway” contest.2. Registration or participation in promotional activities is not permitted for:
- individuals under the age of 18;
- individuals who are not of legal drinking age in their country of residence.
How the Pastime Works
5. The competition takes place between October 2nd and October 5th, 2020, until 11:59 PM (Continental Portugal time). After this deadline, the jury will select 10 winning entries, based on the originality and creativity of the answers given.6. To participate, the user must:
“Follow/Like/Follow” Amarguinha’s Instagram page ( amarguinha.amendoaamarga );
7. Identify two friends in the comments section of this contest post;
Each of the identified friends must respond to their identification, explaining why the friend should win a bottle of Amarguinha.
Awards
8. The prize for this draw is:
a) Offer of a pack of Amarguinha (Original Amarguinha + Lemon Amarguinha + 2 glasses) to the 10 most original and creative justifications,
b) A user can only win one pack, but each of their friends can participate, following the steps in the previous section of these rules.
General Conditions
9. The contest is promoted by Destilatum - Destilaria Portuguesa, SA, a company with tax identification number 513017577.10. Comments may be used in publications or as promotional material for Amarguinha's communication.
11. The contest winners will be contacted via private message on Instagram.
12. Destilatum - Destilaria Portuguesa, SA is not responsible for the impossibility of contacting the winners via direct message due to problems with the platform, settings in the participants' account inbox, or lack of timely response.
13. Any matters not covered by these Regulations will be resolved by Destilatum - Destilaria Portuguesa, SA, and its decisions will be final and not subject to appeal.
14. Destilatum - Destilaria Portuguesa, SA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and without being required to justify such action, with the changes becoming effective upon publication. Regular consultation of these Regulations is advised to identify any changes.
