‍The Portuguese Distillery subcontracts third parties to process some of the personal data collected. The companies we contract are carefully chosen to ensure that they have implemented the necessary procedures to comply with data protection legislation.

We list below the companies that are subcontracted by Destilaria Portuguesa, as well as the data and the purposes for which the data is communicated to them:

a. Dascat Software, Lda. (under the brand 10.digital) - this company disseminates our marketing and advertising campaigns that Destilaria Portuguesa carries out. Data processing by Dascat Software is safeguarded by the Data Processing Agreement between Destilaria Portuguesa and Dascat Software Lda. This document outlines the access to data, as well as the procedures and good practices aimed at minimizing the risk of improper access to your data, as well as information leaks.

b. The Rocket Science Group (under the Mailchimp brand) - Company that provides the platform used to create, manage and send the newsletters of the Portuguese Distillery. Privacy Policy.

c. Facebook Ireland Limited - Company that owns the social networks (Facebook.com and Instagram.com) used by Destilaria Portuguesa for promotion and dissemination. Its relationship with Facebook is regulated by the privacy policy of the platforms themselves.

d. Google Ireland Limited - Company that owns several products and a vast online advertising network, used by the Portuguese Distillery for promotion and dissemination. Your relationship with Google is governed by its Privacy Policy.

Destilaria Portuguesa may change the list of subcontractors at any time.

We do not share your data with other companies for the purposes mentioned above or for others.


4. How do we protect your personal information?

We implement the necessary security measures to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data we collect and process, as well as to prevent unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized access, loss or destruction of personal data. It should be noted, however, that no security or encryption method can guarantee full protection of information against hackers or human error.
